Our Protein Engineering group is seeking a hands-on Associate Scientist at our Cambridge, MA site.

Principal responsibilities:

• Support efforts to develop a novel platform for antibody discovery and optimization
• Contribute to antibody cloning and library generation
• Execute selections to identify antibodies with desired binding and biophysical properties
• Cure cancer.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Molecular biology experience including PCR, cloning, and DNA prepping
• Hands-on experience with bacterial and mammalian cell culture
• Knowledge of antibody characterization techniques including flow cytometry or ELISA preferred
• Knowledge of protein display technologies such as phage or mammalian display beneficial
• Experience recording experimental design and data in a lab notebook
• Ability to multitask, with strong communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced, multinational work environment

Basic Qualifications:

• B.S. with 1-3 years of scientific experience
