The laboratory of Gail Bishop at The University of Iowa (http://www.healthcare.uiowa.edu/labs/bishop/) is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to join the lab team working on mechanisms of lymphocyte activation in normal immunity and immune-mediated disease. Current projects focus upon the roles of the signaling molecule TRAF3 in the functions of T and B lymphocytes, and in the pathogenesis and treatment of B cell malignancies, as well as studies of the CD40 signaling receptor. Due to availability of funding sources, candidates with US citizenship or permanent residency preferred.
