Job Description:
A postdoctoral position is available immediately in the Department of Infectious Diseases in the laboratory of Dr. Jason Rosch. Research is broadly focused on pneumococcal genetics and host-pathogen interactions.

Job Qualifications:
A recent (<3 years) Ph.D. in Microbiology or a related filed is required. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Gram-positive bacterial genetics and physiology. Experience and willingness to work in murine models of host-pathogen interactions is essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast paced, collaborative research environment are required.
